This policy does not extend to the practices of companies or entities not affiliated with us.

All conference registrations must be completed through the official website. Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment.

Participants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided during registration. Any changes to registration details must be communicated via email before the registration deadline.

Admission fees paid via bank transfer are non-refundable.

Cancellation requests must be emailed to neogscon2026@gmail.com before the applicable registration deadline. Telephonic cancellations will not be accepted.

The organising committee reserves the right to cancel or modify the event schedule. In such cases, registered participants will be notified via email.

Approved refunds will be credited to the participant's original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

All content presented at NEOGSCON 2026, including but not limited to abstracts, presentations, and research papers, remains the intellectual property of the respective authors.

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use of any conference material without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
