E-Poster Guidelines
Preparation and submission requirements for NEOGSCON 2026
Submission deadline: 31st October 2026
Preparation & display
- All posters will be presented as e-posters. There will be no physical display on paper or flex.
- E-posters will be displayed on LCD monitors in the e-poster zone at Children's Park, Agartala during 20th, 21st & 22nd November, 2026.
- Use the provided Microsoft PowerPoint template to prepare the e-poster.
- Compose the slide in a 16:9 aspect ratio and always use landscape orientation.
Design & file requirements
- Keep the slide clear and uncluttered.
- Ensure all symbols, diagrams, and images are clear enough to view on a large screen.
- Use a minimum font size of 10 points.
- Recommended fonts include Calibri, Cambria, Arial, and Adobe Garamond Pro.
- Use a light background, preferably white, when using dark text.
- Convert mathematical formulas and equations to JPG or PNG images before embedding.
- Save the final presentation in PowerPoint Show format.
- The total file size must not exceed 10 MB.
- Do not use animations or videos.
Authorship & content
- Mention the names of all authors and underline the name of the presenting author.
- Include the affiliations of the author and all co-authors.
- State any conflict of interest at the bottom of the poster.
- List no more than three references at the end of the poster.
- Do not mention commercial names of drugs, chemicals, or equipment.
Presentation & patient privacy
- The allotted presentation time is 8 minutes + 2 minutes for discussion. Please adhere strictly to this limit.
- The judges’ decision will be final.
- Protect patient privacy and obtain appropriate permission before using clinical images.
- Maintaining the privacy and dignity of patients is the responsibility of the authors and co-authors.
